A Ccf is a unit to measure natural gas usage; where 1 Ccf of natural gas is the energy equivalent to 100 cubic feet (1 Ccf) of natural gas.

Locked-In Price with Flex Down Opportunity Rate (Current Default Rate): With this option your rate will be capped at $0.476/Ccf for your November meter read. Beginning with your December 2018 meter read through your May 2019 meter read your rate will be capped at $0.444/Ccf.

The Locked-ln Price With Flex Down OpportunitySM Rate provides for a price "cap" which will never increase beyond the locked-in price during the months of the locked-in period regardless of whether the market increases.
